Aim

Our aim is to:

  • Combine Islamic and humanitarian values
  • Raise awareness of how Islam teaches the importance of looking after the Earth, people and our worldly resources, as a trust
  • Ask pupils to critically examine their own values and attitudes
  • Inspire pupils to appreciate the similarities between peoples everywhere, and learn to value diversity
  • Help pupils to gain the skills and confidence to become change-makers and leaders in their own communities and globally

Our speakers’ service aims to meet the following objectives:

  • To promote an understanding of the humanitarian message of Islam in the context of international development
