Children and women are at the heart of our work. On this year’s International Women’s Day, Islamic Relief Pakistan in collaboration with Social Welfare and Women’s Development Department, Government of AJ&K organized a special event to pay tribute to the inspiring women in the society. Women from different walks of life participated in the event to celebrate the day. Ms. Noreen Arif, Minister for Women Development, Industries, Labour, Minerals and Social Welfare was chief guest at the occasion. She appreciated the efforts of Islamic Relief in different areas of AJ&K for women empowerment through various initiatives.
